Evolving the Heart of Downtown Burbank

Make the Burbank Town Center area in the bustling heart of downtown a new experience where the community can live, gather and enjoy fresh retail and dining options. Evolve the area to a place where Burbank’s workforce can find attractive housing near their jobs and where families can enjoy a friendly, comfortable, safe and fun atmosphere. Connecting the mall, new residences and an open-air community plaza with the vibrant lifestyle center and small business community of N. San Fernando Boulevard will create a thriving, sustainable community in the heart of Burbank.

Urban Living

Life at the Plaza

Life at the plaza will feature a variety of urban living options with 765 multi-family homes at 600 N. San Fernando Blvd. on the former IKEA site and 70 for-sale units at 800 N. San Fernando Blvd. bringing new housing stock to the most needed area of the city.

Shopping & Dining

A Fresh Retail Experience

A significant investment in the Burbank Town Center will bring upgrades to the interior and exterior presence, by opening up the Magnolia Boulevard entrance with outdoor dining components, and by focusing leasing efforts on family, fashion and entertainment tenants. Plans also include approximately 40,000 sf of fresh retail tenants, an outdoor plaza featuring pedestrian walkways, landscaping and open space for community events like farmer’s markets and outdoor movie screenings.
